Are these really GMA's SID for Summer 2010?

GMA has released two videos which seem to be their station ID for this summer. “Sama-Summer Na Sa Kakulitan” for their comedy shows and “Sama-Summer Tayo Sa Pag-ibig” for their dramas. You like?

Err. We hope these are not yet their REAL SID. These ones are too shallow for us. Cute but not much of a Station ID.

So what can you say about ABS-CBN's latest SID?

We don't think it's the Kapamilya Network's best Station ID yet but WE LOVE IT! It's still fun and very summery but it has the social relevance that Kapamilya Station ID's always have. We also found the top-view effect cute and creative!

Did you like Markkki Stroem's version of "Anak" on PGT?

We did. Well, sort of. We adore the way he sang Tagalog even if he usually speaks in English.

He's half-Norwegian and half-Pinoy and he's halfway to Ai-ai's heart! Marcello Angelo Ledesma Stroem already has a brief history in Showbiz because he joined ABC 5’s Philippine Idol before but left the competition to pursue his college education in Switzerland.

With his looks, boyish charm and singing talent, he might stay a little longer in PGT and maybe in Pinoy showbiz. It's way too early to tell though.

Melai is our HERO! Love it! That girl is spontaneous, honest, funny, and makes a lot of sense! She's a genuinely nice person. She may not be perfect but for us, she's very close to being that and more!

Panday Kids Trailer: You Like?

This show will replace Darna on GMA's telebabad. It will feature Christopher de Leon (special participation as training guru), JC de Vera (Aureus), Marvin Agustin (villain Lizardo), Iza Calzado (Maria Makiling), Gelli de Belen (Rosanna) Polo Ravales (Cicero), Jose Manalo (Mambo), Jolina Magdangal (Ola), Ryan Eigenmann (Andreas), Rich Asuncion (Fatima), Jackie Rice (Sarah), Akihiro Sato (Eugene).

And the kids: Robert “Buboy” Villar who will play the role of Oliver symbolizing “Puso ng Panday Kids”, Julian Trono will play the role of Hadji symbolizing “Tapang ng Muslim” while Sabrina Man will play the role of Charlie symbolizing “Talino ng Panday Kids.” The cast also includes other kids such as Nikko Samonte as Wendy, Cruzita Salcedo as bad girl Marva, Yogo Singh as Makoy and Ella Cruz as Jenny.
