HOT rumor: Judy Ann is finally Pregnant!

Chan-Chan Torres wrote on journal.com.ph that Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo is finally pregnant!

We don't know if this is true but if it is, it will probably be confirmed tonight on TV or on tomorrow's newspapers. Well if it really is true, congratulations to them. Judy Ann and Ryan are known for being nice and friendly people. It's time for them to get a really great gift. And what better gift than a child of their own?

Judy Ann and Ryan already have an adopted daughter named Yohan.

Toni, Mariel and Bianca will replace Kris on SNN!

Well, temporarily. The PBB and E-live trio will again share another job: hosting SNN with Boy Abunda. That is, while Kris Aquino is on leave for her health and to help his brother in the presidential campaign.

The three are a great choice but abs-cbn could have done better by giving some of their not-so-busy talents the hosting job. They could have asked Toni's younger sister, or Nikki Gil, or some other fresh artist the chance, right?

Anyway, the trio are already well tested in hosting so there's no real problem there.

Did you like Markkki Stroem's version of "Anak" on PGT?

We did. Well, sort of. We adore the way he sang Tagalog even if he usually speaks in English.

He's half-Norwegian and half-Pinoy and he's halfway to Ai-ai's heart! Marcello Angelo Ledesma Stroem already has a brief history in Showbiz because he joined ABC 5’s Philippine Idol before but left the competition to pursue his college education in Switzerland.

With his looks, boyish charm and singing talent, he might stay a little longer in PGT and maybe in Pinoy showbiz. It's way too early to tell though.

Do you like him?

Maricar Reyes continues to shine; Katrina who?

Maricar Reyes is having a very good time with her career right now. She has a big teleserye going on, Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo, a movie with Star Cinema "Miss You Like Crazy" and is now in the cover of Preview magazine!

That's good for her. But how about Katrina Halili? We haven't heard or read anything new about her. Is she still in GMA?

We really don't know why Katrina's career practically went into coma while Maricar's career boomed after the controversy. Considering the fact that Maricar's videos were worse than Katrina's and Maricar was pretty much unknown before, what happened to their careers was really unexpected.

Well we think Maricar's being under ABS-CBN helped a lot. On the other hand, Katrina's uber-dramatic TV interviews and overexposure of the controversy did not help at all. Bad publicity is still BAD. What do you think?

Enchong sure knows how to thank fans!

How we wish more stars knew how to appreciate and show their appreciation to their fans. It's refreshing to see that stars like Enchong repect the fact that without their fans they would be nobody, unlike many celebrities out there. Even new, unpopular ones are acting like superstars. Irritating.

By the way, Enchong's MMK episode was 2nd place in the primetime rankings in the National ratings with 32.7% and fourth in the Mega Manila rankings with 22.3%!

Bench launches "Jake Takes Off Catalogue"

A few hours, or days from now, the internet will be full of Jake Cuenca's seksi photos in his new catalogue from Bench. For sure, there will be better ones than the pic above.

You can get one in every P600 single-receipt purchase of any regular priced Bench Body underwear in Bench, Bench Body, Herbench at Superbench stores nationwide.

Bench sure knows how to sell stuff.

Unique band amazes the Judges of Pilipinas Got Talent!

This is not your ordinary band. If you just listen to the music they make without looking at them, you would assume that they're one of those nice-sounding ordinary bands out there.

But then once you see them, you'll be wowed. A female vocalist and a physically-challenged pianists?

They're really wonderful!

Outrageous! SOP to ASAP : "Di pa tapos ang laban!"

SOP disappointed us again with this rap song at the end of their FAREWELL episode:
Itong ASAP tuwang tuwa ngayon

We dance
, we shout
Movin’ Groovin’ all around
You can say that we are having so much fun
We sing we bring joy to everybody
Get down and join the party
Here at S-O-P!
"Dati'y hindi nila matalo?" Outrageous! Was SOP always No.1 ever since it started? It may have won many times in Mega Manila but we doubt if they ever defeated ASAP in the Nationwide ratings.

This is SO NOT COOL. Some people just can't accept defeat. Didn't Regine say that they were just going to have fun and try to make people happy?

With those words, SOP people are just saying that they're really considering ASAP as an enemy. Gosh, we don't even remember ASAP mentioning SOP in any of their numbers. More so, not in that "negative" manner.

Sorry, but this time, SOP people went overboard with this rap lyrics. It's totally uncalled for. Plus, what's with shouting "No.1 concert TV" when in fact you're closing the show because you lost the competition?

We will surely keep our eyes on Party Pilipinas. They better make sure that they will REALLY beat ASAP. However, if their party will be centered on bitterness and competition, we don't think anybody will watch it.

Do you like what SOP did? Will you watch Party Pilipinas?

Screw those evil Tsunamis!

There are some things we just can't control. Tsunamis have and will hit some countries in the Pacific including our very own. We pray for those who live in the coastal areas and those who have already been effected by these Tsunamis and those earthquake victims in Chile.

It hurts us to realize that we Filipinos are very much defenseless when it comes to these kinds of events. Only the rich will be able to escape with their helicopters and other vehicles while the poor will be left to face nature's wrath.

After the drought, the typhoon season will come and we might just be facing Ondoy-like monsters. Those presidentiables and other political candidates should be pressured to present their plans on how the Philippines will handle these calamities. We saw how weak the government was last year during Ondoy and Pepeng.

We don't want that to happen again.

An impersonator and a shy guy rock Pilipinas Got Talent!

His name is Isra-Jeron Ismael, 23 years old from Makati and he blew the judges away with this performance. You like it?

Meanwhile, here's someone who made Ai-ai de las Alas cry with his story, personality and talent. His name is Jovit Baldivino from Batangas. We love him.

HOT: Diz Iz It gets buried by Showtime!

GMA's answer to Showtime is getting embarrassingly low ratings! In fact it got an unthinkable 5.7% in the National ratings according to TNS last Monday! That's a joke compared to Showtime's 22.7%! That's so SAD.

We smell another replacement!

Another GMA show bids goodbye?

Here's something from Pilipino Star Ngayon's Seen Scene:

Seen : Sina Frencheska Farr at Geoff Taylor ang mga winner ng Are You The Next Big Star?
Looks like THEY'RE NOT THE NEXT BIG STARS after all!

Whew. This is a sad start of the year for GMA. Why are so many shows being replaced? Is it a confirmation that they are losing? Just asking.

This should give an idea to aspiring STARS and SINGERS out there. Pinoy Idol. The Next Big Star. Where are the winners? Compare them to the winners of Pinoy Dream Academy, Little Big Star, Star in a Million.

Do you get our point?

P.S. Good for Jaya she has Diva. But what about for the other Bandaoke stars?

Err. Barbie Forteza says Marian Rivera is her Idol!

On pep.ph, Barbie said she idolizes Marian Rivera and wants to follow her footsteps.

She said, "Kasi yung career niya tuluy-tuloy. Meron siyang soap, movies, may commercials, meron siyang ads." Err. That was then girl. She's not that hot now.

And here's another, Barbie's dream project is to do Marimar and then adds, "Pero gusto ko ring mag-Darna para challenge, aksyon."

Whoa. We're not liking her plans to follow Marian's footsteps and to do the same projects. What, she wants to be the princess of remakes? Marian of course, is the queen.

This girl needs a better role model. What can you say about this?

Gerald Anderson has a new show coming!

Here's what he said on abs-cbn.com, "Sa bagong show ko, marami kayong makikita dun na kakaiba kahit ako nagulat ako na nagawa ko. It's an offbeat role hindi yung mga ginagawa ko lately na mabait na sundalo or maprinsipyo, ito ibang iba. Actually hindi pa ako nakanood ng ganito sa TV, sobrang maganda."

His new project will be released in two weeks. We wonder what it is. An MMK episode perhaps?

We hope you'll understand..

Well since we can't stop those morons, we'll have to deal with them.

You may now post comments just like before without any google account but this time, we'll have to read them first before posting them.

We know that kinda sucks but it's better than having to live with those moronice comments from those morons.

Stay with us! :D

Cristine Reyes looks Soooo HOT in Mega!

At first we're like, is this Mariel?

Cristine looks VERY different on the cover of Mega March 2010 but still, she's BEAUTIFUL!

Like it?

Vice Ganda is OK now!

Your favorite Showtime judge was rushed to the hospital yesterday but he's better now.

Here's his latest shoutout from facebook: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PRAYING HARD FOR ME TO GET WELL!!!! I'M VERY FINE NOW AND HOPEFULLY I 'LL BE IN BEST CONDITION AGAIN VERY SOON!!!!!!

Was he in Showtime today? Wee weren't able to catch it.

Fast News!

Luningning, Milagring and Mariposa have now resigned from Wowowee where they were discovered. We wonder why and where they'll go next.

Gretchen is the rumored replacement of Ruffa Gutierrez in The Buzz. We think she's perfect. She's as beautiful and as controversial as Ruffa. We're unsure of her hosting skills yet though.

Kris Aquino will take a break from shooting SNN until after the National Elections in May. We'll surely miss her on the show. Why not put Candy Pangilinan or other abs-cbn artists there as a replacement. It will be refreshing.

What do you think of these news?

Not just Angel and Vhong, MELASON will also be in Kokey @ Ako!

Yes that's right guys! If before we were doubting the success of Kokey @ Ako, we've changed our mind.

Angel Locsin + Vhong Navarro + Kokey + MELASON?

That's gonna be one hell of a show! Can't wait!

By the way, they look cute in this photo.

GMA News' Panata Sa Bayan: You Like?

What GMA lacks in drama, they compensate well in their news and current events department.

We love the "Stop Killing Journalists" logo. Is it really included in the video?

Well, this is quite sad but really, the Philippines remains to be a hotspot for extrajudicial killings which include the murder of many journalists. That's just sad. But what's worse is the fact that very little action is being done about this. Even the Presidential candidates don't have open and concrete plans to fight these extrajudicial killings.

Are You Excited for Diva?

Diva is the story of an ugly woman who's dream is to become a famous singer. Because of her not-so-pleasant features but beautiful voice, her road to fame will be interesting. Add to that some romance with two guys and a string of kontrabidas.

Diva will replace Full House and will start on Monday.

Will you watch the show?

Babe, I Love You Trailer: You like?

We love it so much! This is what a good romantic comedy should be. If this will be shown alongside Marian and Dingdong's, there's gotta be no competition.

Babe, I Love You for the win!

Nakaka.. excite!

Another award for Lobo!

Angel Locsin haters must be pissed big time again. What some people have been calling a failure or a flop show for Angel is gathering up awards!

Angel Locsin and Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina went to National Commission for Culture and the Arts to receive the Ani ng Dangal for Multimedia award for the recognition that the show gave to the country.

Kudos to Angel and the cast. This just shows that quality lives on long after the ratings game. Lobo was a big hit in the nationwide ratings but did not reign in Mega Manila so some people were calling it a flop and a karma for Angel for transferring to ABS-CBN. Many even laughed at Angel's show because they thought it was the start of Angel's downfall.

Who's laughing now?

Movie Review: Miss You Like Crazy

We just saw the movie and here's what we think.

If you're a fan of Bea,John Lloyd, and the Kapamilya network, you'll surely enjoy the movie. Bea and John Lloyd's performances were great as usual. They have CRAZY kissing scenes here! The story is not extraordinary but there were really interesting parts. We love the way the Pasig river (in its recovery stage) was inserted. We loved the stones detail. The lines were also cute.

But if you're not fond of romantic movies, you might as well save your money. This movie is all about relationships and love. There were some bits and pieces about family and career but really, the movie is centered on the two characters' love story. Nothing much about other things.

Sadly, this movie is not very memorable or remarkable. However, we think it served its purpose. Its just something you watch to feel good, to emote, to escape the dullness of everyday life. It's something couples would enjoy watching.

The movie is also very current because Bea is an HRM graduate who works in Malaysia. Many Filipinos will relate to this because many of us know one or two HRM students and graduates.

P.S. We like the trailer for Anne and Sam's Babe, I Love You. We couldn't find it in youtube yet though! :D

Some people are gonna be so ASHAMED!

In an article entitled, "GMA Network strengthens lead over rival in January" published online last 02/01/2010, gmanews.tv said "according to sources, ABS-CBN is the sole subscriber to TNS."

But lo and behold. TNS has posted in their website the following statement:
Currently, TNS now supplies data to ABS-CBN, Adformatix, J. Romero & Associates, Discovery Channel, CSM Media, PHD, and Club Media Asia Inc.

Check out the ARTICLE and the TNS WEBSITE!

Hmm. Frankly, the article would have made its point without pointing out that TNS only had ABS-CBN as their only subscriber. But why did they have to post it? Perhaps to imply that only ABS-CBN believes in TNS?

What will GMA say now? Comments please!

P.S. TO THOSE WHO KEEP POSTING ENDLESS SYMBOLS WITHOUT ANY MEANING, COME ON. IS THAT THE ONLY THING YOU'RE BRAIN CAN COME UP WITH? STOP. IT'S NOT FUNNY AT ALL. THANKS.

Copycat Alert: GMA will launch Zooperstars opposite Matanglawin!

When will this disappointing copying of shows ever end?

Joey's Quirky World, Matanglawin's original rival will also end this week. For many weeks, Matanglawin has been defeating it like the way ASAP has been beating SOP.

And it will be replaced by a new show!

Here's the description from accesspinoy.com:
Beginning Feb. 28, animals will take center stage as you learn about their abilities like you’ve never known before on GMA 7’s Zooperstars. Hosted by Gelli de Belen, along with Panday Kids’ Julian Trono and Sabrina Man, the animal talent/magazine show puts together six segments to make way for an enjoyable and holistic learning experience.

Can your pet sing, dance, compute, juggle and whatnot? Prove it by competing in Zooperstars, a talent contest judged by animal experts and celebrities.

Then invade the houses of celebrity pet owners in Zooper Sikat. Await a politician’s “painting pig” or know the “famous host” who spoils an Achilles Tang Fish with a 24/7 air conditioner and maid service. Continue meeting other remarkable pets in Zoopah Pets, where the likes of Ava, a wealthy Shih Tzu who threw a grand birthday celebration for the benefit of cats will be featured.

Certainly, animal discovery would not be complete without the PET Files, where interesting animal trivia abound and Zooprise where a mind-blowing animal like a fish with bones that would not bend or a guinea pig with hair as sharp as that of porcupines is tagged as “animal of the week.”
Whoa! This show may sound different but basically, it's also about animals and has an educational theme. Isn't that WAY TOO SIMILAR to MATANGLAWIN?

For sure, some GMA fans will play blind and say that this show is original but seriously, Diz Iz It, 24 Oras Weekends, and now Zooperstars. What's next GMA people?

"Filipinos Have Talent?"

Err..

Ruffa Gutierrez and JC De Vera to transfer to TV5!

TV5 will have two HOT stars coming in! Ruffe Gutierrez' transfer to the TV network owned by Manny V. Pangilinan is already confirmed. She was offered a very handsome deal which abs-cbn did not try to compete with.

Meanwhile, here's a tweet from pep.ph about JC de Vera:
JC de Vera is reportedly exiting Panday Kids soon dahil may gagawin daw siyang drama series sa TV5.
We don't know why but we're excited for TV5! We hope it'll be able to offer great shows so we'll have more options to choose from!

Miss You Like Crazy earns 18M on first day!

Star Cinema's second movie for 2010 premiered well yesterday with approximately 18M according to a source from Star Cinema. We haven't really seen the movie yet but we'll try to watch it tomorrow. And then we'll tell you what we think!

For now, for those who've seen it already, will you recommend it?

Full House will end this week; Another FORGETTABLE show!

Although it did hit high ratings at certain times, this Richard Gutierrez and Heart Evangelista show never really made it BIG in primetime. It started very weakly and maintained its low profile in the ratings game.

Will you watch the ending of this show? have you ever watched this show? And lastly, will you miss it?

We won't. Sorry.

Last Wednesday, it ranked only 8th in the National rankings with only 22.3% while it ranked 7th last Tuesday in the AGB Mega Manila rankings with 28.1%. Finale week and still getting below 30% ratings? Hmm. Not good.

Feb 24 National Ratings: Melason In LOve falls bigtime; GMA primetime shows are still LOSERS!

Nothing much changed in the primetime rankings. GMA shows are still SO WEAK! Their ratings have been LOW for like years now. When will they ever go up? Looks like those remakes and fantaserye stuff are not that HOT anymore. Try something new GMA people!

Anyway, Melason In Love fell from No.3 to No. 9 in the daytime rankings. Is the Melason loveteam losing their power? We don't think so. But the show is quite repetitive and is getting boring. They should take Melason to a vacation or somewhere else. A new and fresh environment would make the show more interesting. We still love Melai though.

What do you think?

Starstruck V finalists and avengers will be in Party Pilipinas!

Pep just made these tweets:
Kasama sa Party Pilipinas sina StarStruck V winners Sarah Lahbati at Steven Silva, pati na sina Diva Montelaba, Enzo Pineda, at Rocco Nacino

Bukod sa kanila, kasama rin sa Party Pilipinas ang StarStruck V Avengers na sina Piero Vergara, Ian Batherson, at Princess Snell.

Just when we thought SOP people have learned their lesson (that lousy performers make a lousy show), they will again try their luck with new comers! Some of those kids sure have talent (especially Diva) but putting all five finalists and some avengers in the show will not be very good for GMA's new show.

Sure, there are also newcomers in ASAP such as the new Star Magic artists but they do well because they are well-prepared for the numbers. But then, almost all GMA artists were already in SOP. There are very few Kapuso artists to choose from for the new show. Getting the fresh Starstruck products is an easy idea. But is it a great idea?

Good luck Party Pilipinas people. Good luck to your "live singing" theme with these new starlets.

What do you think of this?

Vice Ganda's Shoutout to fans:

I just wanna assure you guys that despite my quite busy schedule i still make it a point to read your comments and messages. I just wanna thank you for sticking with me despite all the demolition jobs some people have been pursuing against me. You even defend me to these people who throw negative remarks about me. Mill...ion thanks to you guys!!! You just make me stronger!!!

This shoutout has received more than 3,100 comments and counting!

Regine: "..maganda talaga yung ASAP..mga production numbers, talagang pinag-iisipan!"

In an interview with pep.ph, Regine shared what she thinks about SOP and what we should expect for Party Pilipinas. Here are some of her statements:

On SOP:

"Actually nung time na nag-ano sila (Fully Charged), hindi ako pumapasok nun, e. Kasi yun yung time na nagkakasakit ako nun, e. I don't really know what happened. But when I started to do SOP again, I just heard that they're gonna finish it na. So, sabi ko, 'A, okay, that's sad.' I don't know the whole story behind it. I've been hearing stories but..."

"May konting stress ng konti (on SOP), hindi sa akin pero dun sa mga kasama ko, yung staff. Nararamdaman ko yung stress nila. Unlike before na it was just really fun, medyo nawala 'yon. So I guess okay na rin na mag-e-end siya for us to be able to start...bago na ulit. Para mawala na rin yung... May bad vibes na, e.

"'Tsaka yung para din sa staff. Kawawa sila kasi sobra na silang pressured. At least, pag nag-umpisa kami ng bagong show, huwag muna natin lakihan yung expectations sa atin. Ano lang muna, mag-enjoy muna tayo. When SOP started, it was just like that. Let's just do our thing. Let's not expect anything. Huwag muna tayong mag-expect na mataas na rating. Just do concert on TV. That was the theme of SOP."

On ASAP:

"I have to say maganda talaga yung ASAP. Mga production numbers, talagang pinag-iisipan... Not that hindi pinag-iisipan yung sa SOP kasi they work so hard just be able to create one production number. Katakot-takot na bloodshed ito! Katakot-takot na hirap talaga ang dinadanas ng production para lang makabuo ng isang production number. Minsan lang, meron yung hit and miss. Minsan naghi-hit, minsan nagmi-miss.

"You also have to admit that there was a time na it was us on top and they were... Di ba? Kami naman yung maraming hits. Ngayon, sila naman yung mas madaming hits, sila yung nasa taas. Okay lang yun. Kasi na-experience din naman namin yung sila yung No. 1, kami parang wala lang. Okay lang yun.

"You know, the one thing I think that we lost...hindi naman lost, but we forgot is to just have fun. Masyado kaming na-stress sa ratings kasi the network... Of course, hindi naman namin ma-blame, they were expecting so much from the program. But the program was getting tired! It was just really getting tired from too much pressure, from too much intrigues, and from too much whatever."

On Party Pilipinas:

"Yun ang gusto naming ibalik sa Party Pilipinas: it's a concert TV. Dun naman kami pinapanood, e. Live yung kantahan, live band. Di ba? Feeling ko, yun talaga ang strength ng SOP."

"They'd probably see me more in the new show kasi talagang ito parang kina-career talaga namin, e."

"May ibang look. Yung production people siguro maraming mababago. Maraming mababago sa show, pero alam kong napakalaki ng expectations ng sangkatauhan sa show na ito. Pero sa akin, mas gusto ko lang mag-enjoy kasi yun lang dapat yun, e. Kaya kami pinapanood dahil they see us enjoying and it came to a point na parang minsan hindi na masyadong enjoyable.

"So I hope that this new show, yun lang, have fun, let's just do our thing, not expect anything big yet, you know. I hope the viewers, the fans, the loyal fans—'cause we still have more loyal fans, you know, meron pa ring gano'n. We hope that our viewers will help us also... Kasi, siyempre, we're starting again, sana tulungan kami na makapag-umpisa ulit, mapasaya sila, maging proud sila ulit na nanood sila ng...well, now it's called Party Pilipinas."

Hmm. We love the idea of live singing! Hope ASAP people will get the idea and decrease their annoying lip synching numbers. If the stars can't sing, why not just let them dance instead of making them look like fools pretending to be singing?

Comments please!

We don't buy this nonsense!

According to Adobo magazine's survey of 1000 male and female respondents, here are the Top 10 credible endorsers:

The Top 10 Credible Endorsers:

1. Manny Pacquiao, 47 percent
2. Vicki Belo, 34 percent
3. Ruffa Gutierrez, 33 percent
4. Marian Rivera, 33 percent
5. Mel Tiangco, 22 percent
6. James Yap, 22 percent
7. Melanie Marquez, 21 percent
8. Korina Sanchez, 20 percent
9. Manny Calayan, 20 percent
10. Mike Enriquez, 19 percent

This is a BIG joke! Mel Tiangco, Mike Enriquez and Korina Sanchez are not even endorsers! Melanie Marquez? james Yap? Manny Calayan? Who are they fooling?

Manny Pacquaio has lots of commercials but we SERIOUSLY DOUBT if anybody thinks he's the most credible!

How about Sharon Cuneta, Kris Aquino, Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Vilma Santos, Piolo Pascual, Judy Ann Santos, Angel Locsin and the many other stars out there who have loads of commercials?

Seriously. LOL.

Party Pilipinas starts on March 21; Are You Excited?

SOP's replacement, Party Pilipinas will be launched on March 21.

Ogie shared some interesting details about Sop's end on pep.ph. Here are some:

"Yes, it's true," pagkumpirma ni Ogie. "Magpapahinga na muna ang aming Sunday variety show after 14 years, 13 years... So, abangan n'yo na lang ang susunod na mangyayari."

"Well, I will be part of it. Nagmi-meet-meet na kami. It took us six years before na mag-rate ng mataas. Ngayon, talo na kami."

Ogie and Regine will still be a part of the cast of Party Pilipinas together with Janno Gibbs, Jaya, Jay-r, Kyla and La Diva. The other co-hosts are still unknown.

We're not too keen with the new title but it will surely appeal to the type of audience that GMA caters to. What do you think?

P.S. Good for Karylle. She transferred to the STRONGER show just in time!

We almost missed this: Showtime was No.1 in Mega Manila Last Monday!

Melason In Love also did well with this ratings: Dragon Ball GT 8.8% vs. Melason in Love 14.3%.

HOT: No more SOP next week!

After many weeks of losing to ASAP and with consistently low ratings despite the many "make-overs', GMA has given up on the show.

Pep just tweeted that "Ogie Alcasid confirmed that this Sunday will be the last airing of SOP."

Meanwhile, here are Regine's tweets:

"SOP WILL AIR ITS FINAL SHOW THIS SUNDAY, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT FROM THE WEEK IT STARTED ;-("

"(we) are doin this for your own entertainment ;-) we are coming up with a new musical show and good news is, im part of it ;)"

Hmm. Is this a good move for GMA?

We're excited for the new show! Are you?

Dingdong and Marian to do a romantic-comedy movie for March!

The biggest loveteam of the Kapuso network will be doing a movie under GMA films and Regal. Shooting will start on March under the direction of Mark Reyes. There's still no definite date of launching but Nitz Miralles of PSN says "agad ipalalabas dahil alam ng mga producers na matagal nang naghihintay ang mga fans ng dalawa."

Hmm. Wasn't it reported last year that the two will make a Valentine's movie which will be pitted against John Lloyd and Bea? Hmm. Anne and Sam's movie will also be shown around that time. Nice competition.

P.S. Mike Tuviera, the supposed director for Marian's shelved project Nieves says the movie will push through within this year. He did not say anything about Marian still being the lead star.

Paano Na Kaya earns 77.5 million; Miss You Like Crazy premieres today!

Paano Na Kaya earned a good enough amount of 77.5 million in three weeks according to box-office mojo. This may still increase because of the many other cinemas from other parts of the country that BOM does not monitor. The point now is, KIMERALD is not as strong as John Lloyd-Sarah whose two movies went beyond the 150 Million mark.

Paano Na Kaya will be replaced in the cinemas today by another Star Cinema Movie, "Miss You Like Crazy". This is John Lloyd and Bea's reunion movie after "One More Chance". The question now is, will "Miss You Like Crazy" be as suuccessful as the Sarah-John Lloyd movies?

We don't think so. But still, there's a chance, right?

What's next for Pinoy TV?

What will GMA do about the success of Pilipinas Got Talent and Melason In Love?

We may just be seeing these shows soon:

"Pinoy May Talento"

or

"Sarah-Steve Romance"

You like? LOL.

Here's another topic:

Have you noticed how more ABS-CBN stars are being victims of nasty unproven rumors? Sure Marian Rivera also has her fair share of rumors but aside from her, not a lot of Kapuso stars have been really targeted with intrigues. Katrina Halili and Jennylyn Mercado may have also been talked about but their case is different because there were facts involved, like Katrina's videos and Jennylyn's pregnancy. Meanwhile, in the Kapamilya network, lots of negative unproven issues have been coming up. After the DEMORALIZATION ATTACK on WILLIE, VICE GANDA, PIOLO PASCUAL,SAM MILBY, ANGEL LOCSIN, JOHN LLOYD CRUZ,and lately, MELASON and ENCHONG DEE, will Billy Crawford, Luis Manzano, and Andi Eigenmann be next?

We'll be waiting.

Anyway, to the two networks:

ENOUGH OF REMAKES PLEASE!

We hope the Kapamilya network will end with Rubi and the Kapuso network's last will be Full House.

Filipinos are creative! Come on now, people. Show the world that we can come up with our very own HIT soap operas! Just like the good old times. :D

Feb 22 Mega Manila Ratings: Panday Kids off to a good start with 34.8%; GMA shows beat all their ABS-CBN counterparts!

There's a reason for Kapusos to celebrate! Their newest show, Panday Kids is the highest rating program in Mega Manila last Monday. Not only that, all GMA shows from First Time up to Full House defeated their rival shows from ABS-CBN.

The problem now is, how many would believe AGB's latest rankings? The thing here is, this straight win for GMA has not happened for a long time. Why only now?

And will Panday kids be able to sustain this rating? Or will it go weaker as the days pass by like what happened to Darna?

First Time 20.2% vs. Tanging Yaman 18.8%
24 Oras 32.3% vs. TV Patrol 25.6%
Panday Kids 34.8% vs. Agua Bendita 31.9%

Looks versus Popularity; Steven-Sarah or Melason?

It's ironic. Sarah Lahbati and Steven Silva are supposed to be more popular because practically, they came from a show that searches and builds up new stars. However, they are obviously incomparable to the ultra popular Melissa and Jason whose fame has crossed from TV to the internet. They even have lots of fans abroad!

So what do you think, who will be more successful? The good-looking starstruck survivors or the funny PBB housemates?

HOT: Jaclyn Jose may pull out her daughter Andi from Agua Bendita!

The high-rating TV show is under fire for issues about Jaclyn Jose being disappointed on the delayed appearance of her daughter, Andi, in the said soap opera. Here are some HOT issues written by Allan Diones of abante-tonite:

Gosh if these reports are true, we would be SO DISAPPOINTED with ABS-CBN and the production staff of Agua Bendita. This is way unfair for Andi.

What do you think?

"Melason in Love" starts today: Are you excited?

Here's the press release from abs-cbn.com:
Kapamilya viewers don’t have to wonder anymore what will happen next to Pinoy Big Brother Double Up’s hottest love team Melai Cantiveros and Jason Francisco as their love story unfolds via Melason In Love beginning this Monday, February 21.

Aside from never-before-seen kilig moments of the two inside Kuya’s house, you will also get the chance to see how their relationship will develop now that they have to face day-to-day struggles in the outside world. There will surely be kilig moments especially when they get some alone time together as well as the usual lover’s quarrel just like when Melai got jealous of Jason’s pretty fans in Wowowee and The Buzz.

Will they be able to stand the trials that they will encounter along the way? Or will they choose to give up each other in the long run? That’s what you have to find out in the first ever realiserye in the country, Melason in Love, weekdays at 10AM and Saturdays at 10PM only on ABS-CBN.
Will you watch this? We're not to keen on the timeslot though.
