You remember the story right? Gina announced that she is planning to pursue legal procedures against The Buzz for showing the entire nation her facebook account.
Boy Abunda finally commented on this issue. He said to pep.ph in an interview:
"Sinabi ko na yun. Bilang tao, bilang kaibigan... For whatever reasons Gina has, whether I agree or not to her reasons, nag-a-apologize ako sa kanya—bilang kaibigan, bilang kasamahan sa industriya. Pero base sa aming mga bosses [sa ABS-CBN], The Buzz is not going to apologize dahil wala ngang karapatang pantao ni Gina na nilabag ng palabas. That's according to the lawyers, according to the management. As a person, I apologize. As a person... But the show will not."

I think Boy is right on this one. If you do not want to be talked about then refrain from posting controversial comments on facebook. So what if she shared it to her friends only? People are bound to talk about it still

ReplyDelete.. puwede ba , kahit anong anggulo mo tingnan , gina alajar doesn't owe an apology from the buzz or even to boy abunda . kasi ang facebook shout out , publicly being viewed yan ng mga users kahit hindi mo friend . kasi ang siste diyan , friends of friends of friends of friends .. kahit hindi mo friend , puwede pa rin makita kasi ung friend mo friend din niya , and if gina alajar intended her comment to be private , she could have just texted Jinkee about it , not on a networking site that obviously not private at all ...

ReplyDeleteFacebook is still facebook. A public social networking site. No matter how strict you are with your private policy, a shoutout is a SHOUTOUT! There's no such thing as WHISPEROUT.
You're asking if the person who commented above you has FB? Sure he/she does. That's why the person obviously knows that FB is not private at all. If you don't want people to see your shoutout. Then don't type at all!

ginawa pa nyang halimbawa ang pag ask ni kris aquino ng permission about jinkys text to her.. my god gina. syempre text.. yun ang private kase kayong dalaw lang ang may alam.. unless ma missent mo.. and please stop blaming the buzz..mapag uusapan talaga yung na post mo... malas lang ng the buzz at sila ang na-una.. anybody can do what the buzz did..kay miss gina alajar pa nanggaling.. di rin basta basta sinabe mo.. kungnag post ka ng "i'm beautiful" di yan papansinin...
