Erich Gonzales looks fab in the cover of A&F!

Let's face it. This girl is the HOTTEST among her batchmates in Showbiz. In fact, we think she's even more in demand than Kris Bernal these days. Did Kris ever appear solo on a magazine cover? Seriously, they are the ones who should be matched. Kim Chiu is already in a higher level.

Looks like Starstruck's 2nd Prince Rocco Nacino is already one step ahead of his co-finalists Enzo Pineda and Steven Silva.
The registered nurse has already done a photo shoot for Cosmopolitan PHilippines for the Cosmo Hunk of the Month for April.
He also auditioned for a third party role in Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak and is still waiting for the results.
As of now, the only sure projects for the Starstruck V survivors is Party Pilipinas.

Is this list ranked? If it is, we certainly disagree. Angel Locsin at No. 16? No way. Ehra Madrigal and Bianca King are sexier than her? Uh-oh.
What do you think of this?

Rhian Ramos looks Seksi on Metro!

GMA's drama princess is beautiful in the cover of Metro's March edition.
Anyway, here's a thing. We don't know why but she seems to be lacking something. Okay, she's got the beauty, the talent, the fame. But she doesn't really come to us as a unique, memorable star. She's like one of those pretty faces who pass and become forgotten after a couple of years. We don't know what it is really. Is it sincerity? Charisma? Character?
When we think of Marian Rivera we think of fast fame and big shows. When we think of Iza Calsado we think of classic, mysterious, dramatic, beauty and underrated but great acting talent. But when it comes to Rhian, all we can think about is a pretty face. Hmm.
We don't know. Maybe it's just us. What do you think?

Maricar Reyes continues to shine; Katrina who?

Maricar Reyes is having a very good time with her career right now. She has a big teleserye going on, Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo, a movie with Star Cinema "Miss You Like Crazy" and is now in the cover of Preview magazine!
That's good for her. But how about Katrina Halili? We haven't heard or read anything new about her. Is she still in GMA?
We really don't know why Katrina's career practically went into coma while Maricar's career boomed after the controversy. Considering the fact that Maricar's videos were worse than Katrina's and Maricar was pretty much unknown before, what happened to their careers was really unexpected.
Well we think Maricar's being under ABS-CBN helped a lot. On the other hand, Katrina's uber-dramatic TV interviews and overexposure of the controversy did not help at all. Bad publicity is still BAD. What do you think?

According to Adobo magazine's survey of 1000 male and female respondents, here are the Top 10 credible endorsers:
The Top 10 Credible Endorsers:
1. Manny Pacquiao, 47 percent
2. Vicki Belo, 34 percent
3. Ruffa Gutierrez, 33 percent
4. Marian Rivera, 33 percent
5. Mel Tiangco, 22 percent
6. James Yap, 22 percent
7. Melanie Marquez, 21 percent

Manny Pacquaio has lots of commercials but we SERIOUSLY DOUBT if anybody thinks he's the most credible!
How about Sharon Cuneta, Kris Aquino, Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Vilma Santos, Piolo Pascual, Judy Ann Santos, Angel Locsin and the many other stars out there who have loads of commercials?
Seriously. LOL.

Jolina launches her own magazine called "Jolie"!

Whoa! She is now in the very short list of Filipino actresses with their own Magazine which only includes Kris Aquino and Sharon Cuneta.
Wow. This is a pretty ambitious project for Jolina. Here's the press release from igma.tv:
"Jolie rethinks the woman. It is a breath of fresh air. Inspired by the life and passion of multi-media artist and pop star Jolina Magdangal, Jolie was born to be the 21st century woman's lifestyle magazine. Jolie, which also means "pretty" in French, provides a whole new dimension to beauty. This bi-monthly magazine is all about what 21st century Jolina represents -diverse lifestyles, impeccable style, positivism and some good ol' pop culture. The magazine will be published by October Eighty Publications.
As the Executive Editor, Jolina shares her stories and visions through the pages of Jolie. The magazine chronicles her latest endeavors, social causes, hobbies and advices for the 21st century woman. Jolie is all about being fresh and new. It introduces new trends in fashion and beauty, shopping, and brands and stylists to watch out for. Jolie also looks into the lives of celebrities and presents a full list of the hottest updates in showbusiness. In a nutshell, Jolie is Style+Pop Culture."
We're actually worried about this. Kris and Sharon's magazines are not really selling very well these days with the very big competition from local and international magazines. Is Jolina's stories and visions even as interesting as Kris' and Sharon's? And is Jolina's fashion and shopping articles as good as the ones from Preview, Mega and Metro? And lastly, will her features about celebrities and showbusiness be as good as the ones from Pep and Starstudio?
Frankly, how many Filipinos do you know will buy "Jolie"?

Kapuso fans will love the latest edition of Yes! magazine which will feature an exclusive interview about Dingdong and Marian's relationship.
Here's a preview(?) courtesy of pep.ph:
"We would connect on the most important scene, and then after that, wala na," Dingdong recalls. "Siguro, wala lang sa tipo namin ang magpa-cute sa set."
Marian adds, "Hindi si Dingdong ang tipo na pa-cute, e. Hindi rin ako 'yong tipong pa-cute."
Marian then says, "Aminin man namin o hindi, kung anong kahinaan ko, meron siya. At kung ano ang kulang sa akin, napupunan niya. Swak kami. Kaya balance kami. Hindi kami parehas, e. Iyong last Christmas, meron siyang sinabi sa 'kin na hindi ko ine-expect na masasabi niya sa 'kin no'ng Christmas na 'yon."
What did Dingdong say?
"More or less, it's 'Let's do this every year... As long as I live.'"
Whoa. Sweet or cheesy? Will you buy the magazine?
