Shocking! Pep.ph reports that in a press conference in Shangri-La Makati today, Ronaldo Puno announced that the former Optical Media Board (OMB) chairman will run as vice president under the administration's Lakas-Kampi-CMD ticket.
Puno even said, "The person who has accepted the challenge of standing beside Secretary Teodoro in the quest to become the next president of the Republic of the Philippines and the next vice president of the Republic of the Philippines, no other than former OMB chairman Edu Manzano."
Wow. That's one hell of a political surprise. We thought he was running for senator! What's left for Loren Legarda and Chiz Escudero? Weren't they the supposed choices for Gibo Teodoro's running mate?

ReplyDeleteDesperate move for administration. They need someone popular. Legarda is a political bitch (sorry for the term) but hopping form one party to another makes her one. Escudero on the other hand, decided to be independent. Up until now we are still waiting for his political plans. Waiting for the last minute?What's wrong with our country.
